The ingredients needed to make Ramen:
- Make ready 2 cups chicken bone broth

Instructions to make Ramen:
- Bring the broth to a boil with ginger, spring onion, onion, and all spices.
- Add the noodles and cook them in the broth. This flavors the noodles too.
- Fry or grill the mortadella slices. Wash the mushrooms and slice them. Wash and slice the capsicum.
