Steps to make Vegetable Pulao:
- First take 2 cups of rice. Wash it twice with water and let the rice soak for minimum 30 mins.
- Now add 3 tbsp of oil in a kadhai. To that add all of the veggies- tomato, onion, capsicum, carrot, cauliflower, cabbage, french beans and saute them well on a low-medium flame
- Now to that add all masala- red chilli powder, dhania powder, haldi, garam masala, black pepper, pav bhaji masala and mix all of them well.
- Now gradually add all of rice along with water.
- Add the salt. Now let the puloa cook on medium flame for 10 mins.
- Delicious vegetable Pulao is ready
