  1. Wash basmati chawal and in heavy bottom Pan for 30 minutes or it’s done.
  2. In cooker add some water, soya vadi and penut make 2 or 3 whistle.
  3. In wide pan heat oil Cumin seeds. Add ginger chilli paste now soya beans and penuts fry for 5 to 10 minutes.
  4. Now add cooked basmati rice,salt,pulav masala,coriander leaves and mix them.serve hot…
