- Soaked rice for 30 minute.

- Add ginger garlic paste and chpped green chilli.and tomato and cook.over low flame for 5 minute add salt masla powde.green chilli powder and cumin and mix well.cook fr 5 minute.
- Add bengal gram or daal chnna and add water then cook over high flame until water boiled.
- Add rice cook for 10 to15 minute.
- Place on dum. ready to serve it😊.
