  1. For marination process. Firstly take chicken in a bowl and add hung curd in it then add 1 tbsp of salt and 1 tbsp red chilli powder. 1 tbsp of black pepper powder is also add.add ginger garlic paste into it.
  2. For cooking step add chopped onions in 50 of butter in a pan. Saute for 5 minutes. Add chopped tomatoes after onions goes brown. Saute tomatoes for 5 minutes. Add some water. Cook it 2 to 3 minutes. Add your remaining spices then leave it after covering it for 5 minutes or until onions and tomatoes goes soft
  3. After the tomatoes and onions are soft switch off the flame and let the matter cool. After it is been cool down grind it properly and keep it aside
  4. Take marinated chicken and fry it for 7 to 8 minutes or until it is fried or cooked a little bit.
  5. Add the paste after the above step in the chicken. Add some water slightly in it time to time and cook it on a low flame.add half of the fresh cream in it while cooking the chicken. let it simmer for 10 to 15 minutes and your butter chicken is ready.
  6. After that add remaining butter and fresh cream for garnishing and taste. After that add some coriander leaves.
