Steps to make Fennel paneer:
- Heat oil in a kadhai. Fry the paneer cubes till golden. Rest aside. Remove excess oil from the kadhai. Add fennel and bay leaf. Add whole garam masalas and chillies. Add curry leaves.
- Dissolve red chilli powder and fennel powder and salt and coriander powder in some water. Add to the kadhai. Cook till water evaporates.
- Add the milk and malai too. Add sugar. Simmer for a few minutes. Add the paneer and cook for more 5 minutes.
- Serve with rice
