- Heat oil,add crush garlic cloves and sautee for one minute then add chicken strips add soya,chilli,Worestershire sauces,salt,peppers,crush chillies and cooks chicken well.Add capsicum,carrot onion,corns and cream cheese,add mix herb now sautee for 2 minutes.
- For Crepes. - In a bowl,whisk together flour and eggs. Gradually add in milk,stirring to combine.Add in salt pepper whisk until smooth and little runny texture.Heat a lightly oiled frying pan over medium high heat.Pour the batter into the pan using approx 1/4 cup for each crepe.Tilt the pan with a circular motion so that the batter coats the surface evenly.
