- Prepare 400 gm macaroni cooked(or any kind of pasta)
- Take For chicken marinade
- Prepare 250 gm chicken thinly sliced

- Get 3 ripe tomatoes
- Make ready 1 tsp garlic paste

- Prepare 1/4 tsp turmeric powder
- Take 2 tsp kashmiri chilli powder
- Get 1 tsp coriander powder
- Make ready 1 tsp garam masala
- Take 1 tsp kasuri methi
- Make ready 2 tbsp butter
- Prepare 1 cup hot water
- Make ready 100 g fresh cream
- Make ready 1 tbspn coriander leaves chopped
Steps to make Butter Chicken Pasta:
- To cook pasta.Boil water in a large pot enough to cook macaroni. Add salt and oil when water boils add macaroni and cook pasta. Drain and keep it aside.
- Marinate chicken with the ingredients mentioned in the marinade.Heat a pan add oil and fry them.
- To the same pan add 1 tbsp butter add chopped onion and saute.
- Add 1/2 tsp each ginger-garlic paste.
- Add chopped tomatoes and saute till it mash up well.
- Add turmeric powder, chilli powder,coriander powder, cashew nuts and saute.
- Add 1/2 tsp of cumin powder,garam masala and kasuri methi. Combine well and switch off the flame. Let it cool.
- Grind the masala to fine paste without adding water.
- Heat a pan add 1 tbsp oil and butter. Add rest of the ginger-garlic paste and saute. When it starts to brown add grinded masala and saute.
- Add 1 cup of hot water and boil.
- Add fresh cream, rest of kasuri methi and garam masala and mix well. Check for salt.
- Add the fried chicken, mix it well.Switch off when the sauce starts to thicken. Add chopped coriander leaves into it.
- Take a large pot, add the cooked pasta and pour the sauce over it.Mix well.
- In a serving dish add the pasta in sauce top it with grated cheese, pinch of garam masala and kasuri methi. Garnish it with chopped coriander leaves.
- Preheat the oven at 180C. Bake it in the oven till the cheese melts.. Yummy flavorful butter chicken pasta is ready to serve.
