The ingredients needed to make Crepes:
- Get 1 cup / 130 gr all purpose flour
- Take 2 tbsp / 25 gr white sugar
- Take Pinch salt
- Make ready 2 large eggs
- Get 1 1/4 cup / 200 ml milk
- Make ready 2 tbsp / 30 gr melted butter
Steps to make Crepes:
- Mix the dry ingredients together in a bowl, sift the flour and add sugar and salt. Set aside.
- In another bowl, beat the egg, add the milk and the melted butter.
- Place the wet ingredients which are egg mixture to the dry ingredients which are flour mixture. Whisk them well.
- You may sift them again to remove the lumps. It is optional.
- Let it rest for 15 to 30 minutes
- Heat your non stick pan. Spray some cooking oil, or just pour 1 tbsp oil and spread around the pan and wipe it out.
- Place one laddle of batter into the pan, swirl it around, so it will be thin crepes. Let it cook for 2 - 3 minutes and turn another side, cook for another 2 minutes
- Remove it out and finish the batter.
- You may serve the crepes with orange compote, apple compote or cream cheese.
