- Cut all vegetables
- Sauté carrots coating then with some brown sugar and chili powder. Add the onion, tofu and garlic Stir for 3 min. until softened. In the meantime, cook the dry udon noodles in boiling water with salt for 10 min.
- In a bowl mix soy sauce, some of garlic, rice vinegar, fish sauce, teriyaki sauce, Worcestershire sauce and fish sauce. Add the mix into the wok. Add water to create more sauce. Cook until it reduces and thickness.
